You dont have any public number to call tech support. you have a call back scheduling AI I misplace or lost my phone you cannot call me I am trying to log into the website and cant because you broke your servers there a thread for that that says you need to contact helpdesk but no one will reply to the countless people that are posting on that thread anymore. I cannot get a call back I have to call you. OR email OR chat. You cant call me back I cannot borrow a phone for an entire day its not a reasonable ask.

Would want to replace yes as I am prepaid and there money and the sim I cannot locate :(
There is a recognized glitch with Prepaid Self serve
If your prepaid sim is lost you will need to purchase another sim and complete a sim swap in self serve.
You may need to request a callback to another number you have access to (friend or family) for a rep to assist in this situation.
But I highly recommend you wait until Prepaid self serve is fixed
If you’re unable to have access to an alternative phone until you can receive a schedule callback, my suggestion is to register for a free VoiP service that provides a Canadian number. You can use another device, including a computer, to receive the call, so long as you have an internet connection.
Have you tried typing in “schedule call” on Koodo Assist? There are some issues with the system, but it should prompt you to schedule a callback. https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/koodoprepaid/koodoprepaid.html
