internet not working

The last 4 days my internet has been going down in the evening. Sometimes rebooting it works no problem, sometimes I have to reboot it multiple times. The modem and router both look right with their lights and I checked all the cords. I tried to schedule a callback but the Koodo bot just keeps talking in circles and won’t help me. Has anyone else had this happen? What did you do?

You will need to request a callback via Koodo assist.

After you mention it is an issue with home internet, just keep saying callback until it gives you the option
