Equipment malfunctioning asked for new equipment they sent to wrong address and will not admit it and I still have malfunctioning equipment I getting the run around they say they would call back after 5 because I was at work that was on Friday and I still have not recieved a call it's now Monday night getting tired and frustrated they made the mistake and I am suffering because if it I have had enough and would like to know how I can solve this problem
