I am currently a month to month customer, new with Koodo as of December and I am wondering when I will be eligible for a tab plus? Currently it just says tab mid.

The eligibility for a higher tier tab is updated over time and it depends on the payment history.
With a good payment history, it may take more than 6 - 8 months to unlock a higher tier tab.
We recommend checking in self serve regularly.
