So the quickest way is to simply pop into a koodo kiosk or Telus store and purchase a new sim. They usually cost about $10. Once you have the sim, simply follow the steps in the link below to register it to your account and then it will be good to use 🙂
Alternatively, you can order a replacement online through your self serve account however it can take from 3-5 business days for it to arrive. So I recommend just popping by a store as it will be much faster 👍
