Self Serve

My father is a new customer (I am an existing customer). He received the email with the service agreement and the email with the self serve registration link. When he goes to the link and inputs his information including his email, it does not appear to recognize the email. It is the email that the service agreement and registration link were sent to. It asks for the email a second time and then responds with ‘I didn’t get that...’ Then it kicks him out of the registration process. We have tried on different web browsers, and this email has never been associated with a koodo self serve account prior to this.Any idea on how we should proceed?Thanks.

Hi there,I am trying to pay my Moblie bill (Koodo Moblie) with my CC (capital one gold Mastercard) . Is this acceptable? I have also matched both addresses on files and can confirm they are the same.  I have also went into the store to try and pay there but unfortunately they are coming across the same error message. Please help! Bill due on 9th 

Both my wife and myself bought Koodo phones/plans, and have been trying to transfer our Telus numbers over for the last three days. Every time we try, using either our telus account numbers, or IMEI, it says the number is incorrect. We are 100% certain these are correct, and it’s pretty frustrating having these new phones, and paying for a service, but not being able to use it. please help

aye man...all i need to do is talk to a real person to active my account so i can call the credit agency and tell them my bill was already paid in full before they sent me the notice… someone tell me wtf im suppose to do to talk to these butt heads >:( 

My husband was looking at upgrading his phone and in doing so changing his plan. By upgrading and going to the $65 for 40 gigs  it says it will be 50 dollar for 15 months or 20 gigs for 60 dollars on for 45 but when we go to check out it only shows the current price. is there something we need to do on the self serve? I dont want to commit unless I know hes getting the cheaper plan for 15 months (we are both current Kodoo customers) Screenshots below.Promo Checkout Price 

i am trying to make an account of my own and take my phone bill off my mother, but when trying to register for a new account it will not send an email with a code

I can’t register a sim card, I went to the store, they gave me an email, they told me to download the confirming documents, but I don’t get a response, maybe the site didn’t write down FRAUDFAX@telus.com correctly

Whenever I log in and go to my self serve options for example my usage the page times out! I've tried on 3 different browser apps on my phone none of them will load! Other websites load just fine so I'm not exactly sure what the issue is... I tried restarting my phone and everything!Works just fine from my computer but I'm not home right now and I need to know how much data I have remaining now!Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Can anyone tell me when checking your usage details in regards to messaging why some messages do not show up in your details ?  Had a back and forth conversation via text and the persons number didn’t show up in my history?   

I’m definitely overthinking this - shiftworker brain. Help me out.I’m trying to add a Samsung tablet and tablet plan to my account in self serve but when I get to the check out it asks if I want a new phone number or to transfer my existing number - I still want my phone to be my phone with the same number, and the tablet is for me but is not going to be my “phone” - unsure what to select? Want to make sure I’m not somehow accidentally cutting off my cell service. 

Hi, we are new to Koodo and Ordered 2 Phones plus sims . The first one arrived and we activated it with the e-mail setup/ self serve no problem. Now the second phone arrived and we did not get an second e-mail or an option in the account to activate. Can anyone help? ThanksEdit:  2nd phone (sim) is not showing in the account.

Hello, I am a Koodo newbie in the process of changing over three cell phones from Bell.I created three orders on Nov 22 using a single email address. All three orders have been shipped and I have now received the three SIM cards.I have received an Activation Confirmation email with my account and new Koodo phone number. I used this to set up my Self-Serve registration. This worked, but I can only see one of the three accounts.I have requested Koodo (through speaking to a Rep) to link my three accounts under the same sign-on, and I think this was done, however when signing in I only see the particulars for the original account.I have the order numbers and the account numbers for all three accounts, but I can only log in using the email and password for the single account (the same email address was used for all three).The problem is:Which of the three SIM cards belong to which account (there is nothing in the mail package to tel

Hi! do me a favor :)I talked with a rep over the phone Wednesday November 30 and asked him to cancel my phone starting Friday, December 2nd. I think he did so because I got the mail  saying  “You recently scheduled to cancel your wireless service …...”. However, I got text messages on Friday when my phone was supposed to be canceled. Is it right? Just out of concern, I took out u-sim after that. I’d like to double check if the line was completely canceled. Any ways to check on my own? And, the rep said I would view the reduced amount due on the bill after December 3rd, which charges only the 6-day-usage (from November 26 to December 1st). It is not yet revised.  How long should I wait for the revision? Thanks for your help in advance.

Hello I have a plus symbol in my email for my koodo prepaid account and with the new portal I can no longer login. Any way to get a hold of someone one to change my email?

I changed my plan from 10 GB to 12 GB a week ago. Now it is saying I have used my data limit of 6 GB. I have only used 6 GB over the entire monthly period when I should have had 6 GB left on half of the period since I changed my plan. Anyone else have this issue?

Signed up for a plan recently in Montreal but English in my native language. Any way I can switch to English? I’ve scoured everywhere in the self-service settings - no luck.

I want to add $3/month call forward add on which is not available on self serve. I have two lines with same plan. on one line I have activated that option couple months ago by talking with live agent. Now I want to activate same for another line  Schedule call to live agent is after two days, I am travelling in few hours. want option activated before i leave.

Hello Anyone. I am unable to reset my password. I tried using the forgot password but I keep getting the message that a request has already been made and to check my email. I have not received any email from Kooda, I have tried numerous times and same message. I know the email is correct since just this morning I got an email from Koodo informing me that my CC was declined. The self help is useless as it is not able to schedule a call. I am going in a loop. Any help will be appreciated. 

I’m running into a problem as others have posted here and it has been happening ever since I switched to Koodo.  When I log into Koodo’s self serve portal, click on any menus for example “Usage”, I get a completely black screen or Application Error. I tried this on multiple browsers, computers, and phones, all with the same result.  After scheduling a call with Kood(which takes days) , I was able to speak with a koodo representative and the issue could not resolved. Very annoying and disappointing! Clearly there’s something wrong on Koodo’s web server. This was reported months ago and Kood still hasn’t done anything about it yet. Thanks!Leo

I am attempting to transfer my old phone number from Fido to my new Koodo account, but when I try to do in self serve it skips passed the option to select a number to port and says I successfully ported my Koodo number instead. Has anyone had this issue and if so what was required to fix it?

I’d started an account for one line, with new phone earlier in the year then added another with a new phone on Black Friday for another family member. The next day I decided to order another SIM card to switch my phone from another carrier. currently my account shows the two new phones/lines on it, how do I add the third one (with my transferred number)? when I log into the Koodo change my number link it only shows the first 2 new phones/numbers as options to work with. 

This is the worst phone company to try and deal with. I haven’t been able to speak to a human for 1.5 months have tried countless times! So terrible. 

Is anyone else getting a "This service is unavailable right now" message in the usage section of their accounts? I've cleared cache, switched to Incognito mode, tried various browsers and it's always the same message. This has been going on for about 2-3 days now. I'm completely at a loss.

it is virtually impossible to get a hold of anyone. After many attempts through error messages on th eautomated system i received a call back only to tell me that someon from the right department will call me back and never received a call. KOODO is fast it sending invoices for serivices they have not even initiated. I have 3 phones with koodo and even i have been with them for a long time i feel like i want to cxl them and label koodo as a company “Non-Grata” Is anyone in here that can help either to point ,e in th right direction so i can speak with someone from Koodo or to cxl the service.
