Hi, we are new to Koodo and Ordered 2 Phones plus sims . The first one arrived and we activated it with the e-mail setup/ self serve no problem. Now the second phone arrived and we did not get an second e-mail or an option in the account to activate. Can anyone help? Thanks

Edit:  2nd phone (sim) is not showing in the account.

Usually SIMs come pre-activated. Have you tried seeing if it’s activated and if it works? 


Got to talk to a rep, but got disconnected and now can't Koodo back on the phone. Looks like they shipped phone and sim  and have no record of it. Can a rep please contact us.


Were both ordered under the same email?

 

What is the HFO order number for the phone and sim with the issue. 


Hi we called Koodo today again and they sorted everything out. Sim card was not activated, after 1.5 hours on the phone all is working as it should. Yeah :)
