I want to add $3/month call forward add on which is not available on self serve. I have two lines with same plan. on one line I have activated that option couple months ago by talking with live agent. Now I want to activate same for another line 

 

Schedule call to live agent is after two days, I am travelling in few hours. want option activated before i leave.

If you go to their website and check "Add-ons", do you see " call forwarding" under the Calling,Data+Voicemail tab?

If you see it there, add it to the Cart. It will ask you if you are a new customer or existing customer. Then you can login to add it.


It shows up in my self serve just fine; are you sure you aren't looking at the line that already has it activated?
