Hello Guys,

I got a new cell line today, and it's BC number. Now I would like to port my Montreal's cell number to this BC number. Is it possible?

when I am doing it online it says:

You can only change your number to another number within the same province. If you're moving to another province and want to change your phone number, please go to koodo.com/chat and enter "#AssistSS" to schedule a callback.

You could try to do it yourself in selfserve. If it tells you you need a rep then you would have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to assist.
