Hello I have a plus symbol in my email for my koodo prepaid account and with the new portal I can no longer login. Any way to get a hold of someone one to change my email?

What error are you getting? It shouldn’t make a difference really. To talk to Koodo, you can contact them through koodomobile.com/prepaidchat
It appears the login bug has been fixed if your email has a plus symbol in it.
