Hello Anyone. I am unable to reset my password. I tried using the forgot password but I keep getting the message that a request has already been made and to check my email. I have not received any email from Kooda, I have tried numerous times and same message. I know the email is correct since just this morning I got an email from Koodo informing me that my CC was declined. The self help is useless as it is not able to schedule a call. I am going in a loop. Any help will be appreciated.

Obviously yes I checked that.
Any idea any one. I have checked SPAM and nothing and the schedule call back is not working.
What type of email do you have - gmail? Hotmail?
did you try password multiple times and possibly get locked out already?
And how much time did you wait before trying again and /between sending another password request?
You already probably looked at this “obviously” but here’s a snippet /reminder of what to do - add the email to your account (some emails help block spam and it doesn’t even appear in spam) and please remember that we have no clue what type of person you are, what you would obviously do, what you have done, or any other information other than what you type! that’s why it’s so important to write as much as you can and reply with information that could be helpful- even if you don’t think it is, like the fact that you already checked your spam folders. If you could remember the timing of what happened that would be helpful too, since as we see below it can take up to 24 hours to get an email

It sometimes take 24 hours for a password reset email to appear in your inbox. If you haven’t received it, try retrieving your password again using the above steps. Check your spam folder to make sure emails from @koodomobile.com aren’t being blocked. Still no email? Contact us and a rep will help you out. If you received a server error, copy and paste the link in a new browser window, and try again.
This issue is resolved, Koodo does not allow a user to use the forgot password feature for 48 hours (from what it appears) if it thinks it has sent out an email and no one used it. I can confirm issue was with Koodo’s system. They never actually sent any email the first time. After 48 hours it allowed me to press the button again and this time it came fine in Inbox.
