6 GB data limit on 12 GB plan

I changed my plan from 10 GB to 12 GB a week ago. Now it is saying I have used my data limit of 6 GB. I have only used 6 GB over the entire monthly period when I should have had 6 GB left on half of the period since I changed my plan. Anyone else have this issue?

It is because you changed your plan in middle of a billing cycle. If you changed your plan in selfserve, there should be a message about it. Basically you were eligible only to a partial data amount in the new plan depending on how many days left in your billing cycle. More hereĀ https://www.koodomobile.com/help/proration

In the next billing cycle, you will be able to access all data bucket
