Emails and invoices in French. How do I change my language preference to English?

Signed up for a plan recently in Montreal but English in my native language. Any way I can switch to English? I’ve scoured everywhere in the self-service settings - no luck.

Hi there @Lavinia Koodo. I know you said that it would take a few days to take effect, but I’m still getting emails and texts in French from Koodo.
