it is virtually impossible to get a hold of anyone. After many attempts through error messages on th eautomated system i received a call back only to tell me that someon from the right department will call me back and never received a call. 
KOODO is fast it sending invoices for serivices they have not even initiated. I have 3 phones with koodo and even i have been with them for a long time i feel like i want to cxl them and label koodo as a company “Non-Grata” 
Is anyone in here that can help either to point ,e in th right direction so i can speak with someone from Koodo or to cxl the service. 

When you scheduled a call back, did you receive a text from them and was there any voicemail?

I assumed your number for them to call back is an active number that can receive incoming calls normally?
