Hi,

The self-serve porting in from Freedom Mobile hasn’t been working for days with the following error.

 

The sales rep tried porting the number but ran into the same error so after many attempts, he assigned a temp number and asked me to try the self-serve porting after few days.  It’s still not working!

I must say my initial Koodo experience is pretty negative so far.  Please advise

 

The system continues to be overwhelmed. All you can do is try again later atm. 


I’ve been trying every two hours since Nov. 29th and getting the same error message every time. Also tried the customer service # for porting, 1-844-232-7678.  After being put on hold for hours, still couldn’t speak to a live person.  Very frustrating!
