I had tried to transfer my number from Fido to koodo, it said wrong account number which I provided, but I’m 100% sure it is correct.  What should I do 

Are you able to check the status/progress of the port through your Fido My Account page?

If the port did not go through, you might be able to restart the porting process. I’m not sure if you have the option of using your account PIN or your phone’s IMEI number for porting. If so, try those options. If still no luck, let us know.
