Is koodo give coverage in nova scotia

I was notified I’d used 100% of my data usage and my data is blocked until my billing period is over. I haven’t bought additional usage and being a ludite here, I am able to watch videos on u-tube. Will I have overcharges on my next bill. And is it watching u-tube videos that is using up my data? Thx.

Hello, I cancelled my phone the beginning of September to move to Mexico. I was told because it was a partial month, I should receive a bill around now, for $13. Once paid, its all done. I just received it, and it is -$40.35. Of course it is beyond impossible to speak to anyone, and I do not have a phone in Mexico, nor do I want to attempt getting ahold of Koodo from here. Will this be credited back to my bank account? Also, will my entire account just disappear in the coming weeks, as the phone number, and account no longer exist? I had no tab fyi, so I hope its as easy as that. Anything helps, thanks.

Is there a way to block a blocked number from leaving voicemail on Android?I'm being harassed by someone and this just allows them to fill my inbox with unheard voicemail.Is there perhaps anything my provider can do on the other end?

I’m interested in buying the Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro phone and looked up the bandwidth stats (I think thats what its called) for calls and texts and wifi and it seems to match up with the bandwidths/frequencies koodo plans provide, so I think that means if I use this phone and get a koodo plan with it that it will work? Just want to know for sure though.

Switched from Rogers to Koodo over a week ago. Phone is still not sending or receiving text messages. iMessages work fine. Have tried restarting phone, airplane mode, resetting network settings multiple times , still doesn’t work. Went to the Koodo booth, they couldn’t help me. Have tried scheduling two callbacks and no Koodo rep has called. I’ve called the Koodo support number with no success. Help?! Thanks! 

I bought my elderly mother the wireless home phone but got charged extra for her using the 411 number.  Is there any way to get that blocked so she can't use it?  Thank you.

I’m a koodo prepaid costomer. I left Canada last year, I stopped my monthly plan. And i am back now, i want to continue using this phone number, but i cannot log in my self serve. I tried to change password, but I can't even verify my email.

I have been trying to change my address for days and the system reverts it to the old one. I have tried different browsers, my phone, clear caches and all the advice I have read on here. Still no luck and I’m desperate to purchase a new phone tonight. Help!

I received a call from 18663601448 today offering me a tablet I was eligible for. They requested some verification info such as my PIN. I wanted to check to ensure this number is not a scam and is actually Koodo. I know there is a similar article where someone asked the same thing, and it was confirmed as legit. But I did more research online and found a number of other people still saying it’s a scam.I have changed my PIN for safety but wanted to check with these forums. 

When I connect to my voicemail and press 1, nothing happens, when I press it again, I get disconnected. Have the same problem in other services (Webex) that require pressing 1 to continue.Thank you.

Accidently topped up twice. would like refund on second amount 

I was running out of data on my current plan so, with one day left in my cycle, I upgraded my rate plan.Now I seem to have lost all of what remained of my data and the upgraded amount, which is 10 GB is not showing up. My account shows only 658 MB data remaining which is much less than I had before I made the switch. It is showing that my other data amounts are 'expired'.How long does it take for changes to take effect? It said 15 minutes but it's been hours now and still no increase in my data availability.And is it just me or is Koodo Assist totally useless?! 

Hi  I have a prepaid account and I am currently in indiai want to receive an OTP for a transaction but because there is no service I can’t get it. Can I activate easy roam for 1 day and how to add it to my number ? Will this solve my problem ? i am not being able to add easy roam via text because I have no service. Where can I find this option ?

Okay so I have 3 phones under my name one for my daughter, mine and then the 3rd was my boyfriends. We have broken up and I need to know how to cancel his phone and stop the payments? Can this be done?

Starting this afternoon the Koodo network no longer allows my phone to connect. My partner is also with Koodo and her phone is connecting to the network just fine which makes me think that something has changed regarding my account.I’m not overdue on any bills and I don’t see any activity in the self-serve.I have tried to schedule a callback with a rep but the service tells me they’re busier than usual right now and does not give me any option to proceed.Right now I’m concerned that I’m being sim-jacked and not being able to contact Koodo I can’t do anything about it. The usual low level of spam/phishing junk I get has recently stepped up and I’ve seen some worrying messages that are clearly not intended for me. It might be nothing or it might be a sign that something nefarious is afoot.Can anyone help me get in contact with a rep so we can look at the account activity?Cheers

I wanted to pay my tab off, immediately via my credit card. When I went through the steps, it added the amount to my next bill.I currently have $300 credit on my account and owe $700 for my tab. My billing cycle is still a while out.My question is: If I make a payment, to my account now/today, will that apply to my tab, or just leave me with $1000 credit and still owing my tab?

I am a long term Koodo customer, and I’m using a SIM card in my iPhone 12 Pro. Now because I am using another Sim when abroad I would like to move to an eSim for my Koodo plan so I can have both plans on the same phone. How can  I get the eSim info to activate it on my phone using my same Koodo plan/number? Can it be shipped or better can it be sent to me by email so I enter it manually in my phone?

I have a koodo SIM card in my iPhone 11 on a post paid plan with easy roam. I’ll be getting an eSIM with another carrier when I’m traveling in the USA. What should I do to prevent getting charged roaming charges by Koodo while I’m in the USA using the other carrier’s eSIM? 

Hello, I’m having troubles using the Koodo mobile website. I moved my phone over from Bell and have been happy with the services/plans offered by Koodo. I would now like to add my partner to my account, but I cannot seem to do so. I follow the instructions provided here: https://www.koodomobile.com/add-a-line?INTCMP=KMNew_NavMenu_Shop_%20AALlandingPage#howkoodo and it adds a SIM card to my cart. Instead of having the option to checkout, it only leaves me the option to “Add a plan”, which I select the $50/month BYOD 10GB plan with the $170 bill credit promo, and once I do, it asks me “Do you want to switch to the Canada-wide $50 - 4G LTE speed plan?" This is my only option, and I cannot seem to get past this no matter what I try. I don’t want to go to a store because I don’t want to pay a connection fee or an admin fee.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks,Tom
