Can't access voicemail (1 doesn't work)

When I connect to my voicemail and press 1, nothing happens, when I press it again, I get disconnected. Have the same problem in other services (Webex) that require pressing 1 to continue.

I fixed it by restarting my iPhone.

For future reference, a restart will fix most random glitches. Other options include toggling airplane mode if it’s a connection issue.
