I have a koodo SIM card in my iPhone 11 on a post paid plan with easy roam. I’ll be getting an eSIM with another carrier when I’m traveling in the USA. What should I do to prevent getting charged roaming charges by Koodo while I’m in the USA using the other carrier’s eSIM?

If you don't need Koodo's service, I would remove Koodo SIM from device.
Then no leakage or anything.
