internet connection

I’m ve arrived home to find out that my internet is. Or longer connected.  I’ve unplugged and replugges the power source but still no connection.  What do I do now?

transaction : Rate plan change, is it automatic happened ?

 When going to self service i see an advertisement for the pixel 8 but when trying to order i cannot get it ordered, while my partner was able to get it (same subscription)

not able to activate Disney+ with stream+ subscription

I have subscribed stream+ and was able to activate Netflix and prime subscriptions. But when trying to activate disney+, the ‘activate now’ page is skipping to the normal disney+ payment page.

payment bumped

I am billed well over my rate plan for 2 months now. The Koodo sign in wouldn’t take my contact number which made it difficult to contact CSR. I have a Koodo account but my mobile plan doesn’t show. only my internet plan does. How can I resolve my billing discrepancy? Who should I talk with regarding my bill?

I can't cancel my home internet through the self-service option. I also received a call from Koodo Assist and have been waiting for an hour, with multiple representatives switching the call. Can someone assist me with this?

From what I can find Telus is reporting a Cable theft in Sardis BC. I’m guessing this is related to my lack of service in Agassiz . Telus cable theft

trying to reinstate service

My bill did not get paid while I was sick but I have paid it up now in full  as soon as I discovered  that phone was not working. Account now shows no balance outstanding. But also says my service was cancelled.     I can’t figure out how to reinstate it.I have tried self serve instructions for  reinstatement but I get stuck because it does not show me the “Mobile Services” option after I click Seft Serve.  Just shows meAccount #xxxxxxxoverview BillingLogOutSo I am at dead endIs there any way to get a live person to help with this.

Unable to activate stream+ for Amazon Prime and Disney

I subscribed to Stream+ a week ago and my card has been debited. I got the activation email for Netflix, Prime and Disney to activate my accounts. I was able to activate and link my existing Netflix account. However, the activation didn’t work for Prime and Disney. Each time I click on the “Activate now” button in the email and I login to my Koodo account, the system doesn’t load my subscription page, rather it returns an error ”Sorry, your subscriptions list is not available at this time. Please  try again or check back later.” I’ve called customer support and the activation emails were resent, but the issue persists. It’s frustrating that a simple process is becoming very complicated, especially being a new Koodo Subscriber. Please help in addressing this as quickly as possible.

How do I confirm my telephone number has been transferred?

I’m new to Koodo. I’m using my own device to set up new SIM card. I’ve followed the instructions on how to transfer my current number from my previous provider to Koodo. When the initial text came through, i texted ‘yes’ as instructed. After responding to that text, I installed the SIM card from Koodo into my device as instructed. Almost 4 hours later, I have yet to receive a confirmation or a ‘welcome to Koodo’ text message to let me know everything worked. when logging on to the Koodo website, the temporary phone number I was provided with has been replaced by the phone number I wanted transferred over. When I log into my previous providers app, it says my service is cancelled. I booked a call back appointment with Koodo but never got a call. I just want to find out if my phone is working with this new SIM card with my old number. Help? Anyone? thank you!!

Hello.I already have phone and sim with koodo.3 days ago I purchased a new phone via self serf.Today I got a new phone and a new sim card.Why I got a new sim card if already have one for the existing phone? I want to continue using the existing phone number.So, do I need to use a new sim card with a new phone OR can I just simple move existing sim card into a new phone.And what should I do with a new sim card in a case if I decide to use the existing sim insteadThank you

Call Control interferring with calls transfered from Mitel.

I work from home a few days and my calls go through Mitel.  With my recent change over to Koodo to obtain the Call Control feature, I lost the ability to make and receive calls transferred to my cell.  I was able to rectify the outgoing calls by authorizing my direct work number, but I am still not able to answer the incoming calls. I can see the call incoming but it will not ring through to my cell.  It makes no sense to me since the incoming calls would be to my work number that transfers to my cell.  Has anyone (and I know I’m really stretching my hopes here) experienced this and could advise me the way to fix this?I do not want to turn of call control.  I switched to Koodo specifically for this option.

I am a Koodo member with the bring your own phone and I have an iPhone X and koodo sim card - If I go buy a new phone through apple or online will my sim card work with my new iphone whether it be a iphone 12,13,14?

There is a different port ( optical cable) attached to my home but I believe the modem only has a coax cable. What do I need to do to connect everything ?

Got confirmation welcome but ported number not working

I went to self-serve to port my old number to Koodo. Had old Sim in phone still. Got message from old carrier asking me to confirm. Texted “yes.” Got Welcome to Koodo text. Self-serve now shows old number.Here’s the problem: once I put in the Koodo Sim, it ONLY recognizes the “new” Koodo number (that I do not want), NOT my old number! Tried to put old carrier Sim back in but it shows as deactivated.No clue how to fix this as I can’t get texts to the number Koodo has on file and it appears impossible to get a human. Any tips? I’m on an iPhone 14.

Adding a Second Line to Monthly Plan

I want to add a second line for my son who is going to school. When I go through the steps it makes it seem like it might wipe out my number etc. I want to be sure if I follow the steps that my plan will stay the same and just add a second line for him for the $15 plan. Anyone else have a second line for their kid on their main plan? Thanks in advance!
