Why am I seeing this,,,,

Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You’re still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We’ll email you once you’re approved.

Can you elaborate on how you receive the message?

Are you creating a koodo account or do you already have one? Does this show when you login to self serve or was this through an email etc?

It is possible that you may have an existing Self-Serve account or that you registered for an account without receiving an email with a link from Koodo.

The message “You’re still waiting to be approved” means your Koodo Self Serve account is linked to another email, and approval from that email is pending. Koodo sends an email once approved. If you didn’t receive a registration link email or are unsure who owns the linked email, check your inbox (including spam) for the activation message from Koodo. Avoid creating a new account without confirming existing accounts. If stuck, we can flag a rep to help you out.
