I called customer service two days ago and stayed on the phone for over an hour with no one answering. I want to cancel my home internet service.

Have you also tried to cancel in self serve? sometimes this is also an option.

You can see if this is available in the subscription page under “Manage Subscription”. If this shows you can cancel it that way and you will get an email with a shipping label to send back the equipment.

If this does not show, you will need to cancel by scheduling a callback.

What number did you call? Koodo do not have a direct phone number to call for the most part, so this might be why no one answered the phone. Unless Koodo assist gives you a number, it won’t work.

To reach a rep, Koodo has changed the process to the schedule callback system / by using Koodo assist.

Did you check self serve if you could cancel it there like I suggested? If you would prefer to just speak to a rep, then you need to schedule the call with one using the link below. 🙂

Yes, I worked, schedule callback  but an employee transfers

the call when he hears I want to cancel my subscription.  

The phone calls here also didn't help; I just had to wait a very long time.

Ah I see, thank you for the extra details.

Unfortunately, that is the most common way to cancel the subscription. You can either keep trying with the call or another alternative you could try is by reaching a rep through Koodo’s social media pages Facebook and X (Twitter). The accounts for these can be found by clicking the associated logos at the bottom of this page.

Beyond that though those are the ways to cancel the subscription. Either through self serve, the call, or their social media reps. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be cancelled on this platform at this time.

Due to the time of year things get a little busier so you indeed may have to wait a bit. Usually early mornings when they first open is the best time to call if you can.
