Self-serve access - not logging in

Noémi Foucault

Hi! I can’t access to my self-serve prepaid account.

  1. Tried clearing my cache
  2. Tried Safari, Chrome, Firefox
  3. Tried resetting password and even changing email

Nothing works, and can’t talk to anyone. Anyone has experienced that?

Hi there,

This has been a common issue for prepaid consumers as of late. Have you also tried using an incognito tab? As sometimes this works for others. In addition, if you have a VPN try turning it off and trying again.

If you find nothing works, you will need to speak with a prepaid Koodo rep by scheduling a callback as you have tried all of the basic troubleshooting. If needed, you can use the link below. 🙂

Still not working. Is it possible to talk to someone to get assistance? It’s very hard to get any help from Koodo.

I’m sorry to hear that, this might be related to an ongoing log in issue for prepaid accounts as mentioned by Oliver above. We have no access to your account but you can schedule a callback here to speak to the prepaid team.
