stream+ subscription not showing up?

i was delighted to see that cbc gem is available through Koodo with no charge if you have stream+. I tried to get it on my phone, when that didn’t work I tried my computer and couldn't even log in, got that sorted with a call back but now I’m back on my phone and tried to add cbc gem and it wanted to charge me. Now even my stream+ isn’t showing on my subscription page. I am still able to log into Netflix/disney/prime so that’s not a problem, I lasted paid on November 27th. Could this just be a glitch and I can try again tomorrow or do I need to schedule another callback or something.

Hey there,

Your Stream+ subscription not showing and CBC Gem charging could be a temporary glitch related to activation or subscription syncing. Try clearing your browser cache or using a different device/browser to check your subscription page. If the issue persists, it’s known that Koodo’s Stream+ sometimes shows “purchase in progress” or missing subscriptions, which requires Koodo support intervention. Since Netflix, Disney+, and Prime still work, it suggests partial activation. If it doesn’t resolve soon, scheduling a callback for technical help is recommended.

I activated it on my account successfully.

Sign into your Koodo account and use the Button “Manage” under subscriptions to add CBC gem . You would see the price of $0 if you are the current stream+ subscriber. 

However, for whatever reasons, it didn’t work well on my iPhone. I think I might went too far and add the icu.tv (only available in QC) and the system just hang at the payment page.

It worked well on my PC desktop with Firefox.

Can you try incognito mode / or invisible/private mode of the web browsers to log into your selfserve and try again? Clear the cache of the current browser might also help

Tried on both chrome and safari, private browsing and cleared the cache too in settings

That's strange. Can you use this link to self-service?  https://www.koodomobile.com/koodo-login-v2? I copied it from the self-service link above in the forum. I wonder if you use a bad link. 

Anyway, just to confirm, you can still use your stream plus service normally?

I’ve only gone on the site with typing in koodomoblie(.)com or from the google home page. And yes it seems like I can still use all the things on stream+

 

and that link does take me to the website and I can log in, but it doesn’t change the subscription page

Hi ​@Christianne, we’re not seeing an active Stream+ subscription with the email you’re using for your Koodo self serve account, did you use the same email to register initially?

I might of used a different account on here when I started, but recently, I’ve been logging in with the login with self serve button

Hi there ​@Christianne ​@ChristianneB , from what can be verified, the status of the Stream + is at “Activate to complete your setup”. You can follow the following steps to activate: 

 And try to add CBC gem afterwards and let us know if you are seeing the same thing.

Are you sure you have a Stream+ Subscription or you are using stream+ with this current koodo account and not another account?
