home internet

I have had this issue for three days already. My home internet keeps dropping off and picking up again after I restarted the modem. The problem keeps on happening for about 5-7 times a day. It's so frustrating. Any advice? Thank you.

What were the conditions of the light on your modem and router at that time? Were all light green? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/understanding-your-modem-and-router?

Yes all the lights on DM 1000 are all green. There was only one condition that US and online were missing but it restored after restart again.

 

The problem is that the connections drop every few hours requiring me to constantly reset the hardware for a few days. I would say around 10 restarts for the past 3 days. 

Can you please advice if I could get a permanent solution.

I have scheduled for a call back 2 days ago, the agent said he will contact me but never did.

If the US (Up Stream) was off (or red) the modem had issue with the server, a restart normally is required to make it work. 

Since you already scheduled a call back, let me flag a rep to see if any note was on the account.

Yes I have scheduled a call back a few days ago and the agent promised to call me back, and I haven't heard anything from him yet.

Can you kindly make sure someone can call me tomorrow so that we can address the issue as soon as we could ?
