Hello, 

I did everything right and the LAN light is red and it cannot be detected

From the picture, since all other LED are green (besides the LAN light), the modem might have established a good connection with the network already. Have you tried to reset the wifi router to see if that can help? 

As well, is all cable provided by Koodo in the box?
