I bought a sim card from London Drugs. The boy at the counter put my information in wrong. (Postal Code and Email) I now can’t register my self serve for the first time because of unmatching information. I need someone to fix this information on my account so I can log in.I was never sent the start-up e-mail so I think he typed my email in wrong.
I have my new SIM card for Koodo, have the old sim from another company in my phone, but when trying to port the number over I get the message that it’s an incorrect account (old provider). My account is expired as of only 2 days ago…does this mean I have to activate the old account for entire month to move the old number to the new service with Koodo?
When I have a voicemail waiting and try to listen to (She whoever) say’s enter your passwordwhich I never knew I had one after a few attempts she locks me out and says I will text you a temporary password, I ONLY HAVE A LANDLINE SO NO TEXTING FOR ME, This is now for the last 2.5 weeks I have already missed a doctor’s app. because of this BSI am 70 yrs old and very very frustarated, Please help if you can.Thanking you in advance
HiSeems the shutdown by the US of 3G service effective 1 July 2022, has been news since February of 2022. Any reason why some are just hearing about this now? Just 3 days before Canada Day? Someone trying to start a run on the purchase of 4G or 5G phones?From what I understand if I stay with 3G I will be able to communicate with my fellow Canadians. Just so happens my Koodo number has popped up on an American real estate call list. They think I live in Georgia, USA. So I have been getting calls and texts from all over the States for over 6 years! If I stay on 3G in Canada, will this block all incoming US calls and texts to my phone? Furthermore if these bad actors are working from another country and using spoofed US numbers, will my 3G phone still get these texts and calls?See. I am trying to help my mother who uses a flip phone and has no computer to use Koodo Assist. I don’t think there is an email address on her account (because she doesn’t have one) so I cannot login to request a call from a representative. She has a billing issue that she needs to talk to someone about. How can I arrange a call with a representative if Koodo Assist cannot be accessed?
I’ve received my online order yesterday. Sim was not active. Regardless I want to port my number from my old carrier. Can’t creat self serve. No idea WhAt my account number is. I’m pretty much working during callback hours. This idea starting customer service w a bor and callbacks is hot trash. I literally cannot call my telephone service provider?
We have just added our oldest to our koodo plan which now has a total of 3 phone lines associated with it. He is wanting access the account to view his usage etc. Is there a way for him to log in without me having to give him my email and password as I don't want him making changes on the account, even just on accident. I know with telus he was able to login with his own login info under my account. Is this possible and if so, how?
Hi, I set up a pre-authorization payment with my debit card but received an email saying that my pre-authorization payment could not be processed because the financial institution said the information I filled out was incorrect, but I'm sure the information was correct. I have used this card before to successfully pre-authorize payments for other charges.
