Okay so I have 3 phones under my name one for my daughter, mine and then the 3rd was my boyfriends. We have broken up and I need to know how to cancel his phone and stop the payments? Can this be done?

Since you are the owner of the account, you can simply cancel your boyfriend’s line. Assuming there is no Tab, you should be able to do this without having to pay the remaining Tab and Tab Bonus balance. Otherwise, as Robert said, you will need to agree to transfer ownership of his own line to another account. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/transfer-of-ownership-town

You would need her to transfer her ownership to her own account.

If you are on speaking terms, I would tell him to transfer to his own account or even simpler, to port his number to another provider.  Otherwise, you need to request a callback from Koodo assist and cancel his line.
