Cancelled account, last bill for negative amount.

Hello,

 

I cancelled my phone the beginning of September to move to Mexico. I was told because it was a partial month, I should receive a bill around now, for $13. Once paid, its all done.

 

I just received it, and it is -$40.35. Of course it is beyond impossible to speak to anyone, and I do not have a phone in Mexico, nor do I want to attempt getting ahold of Koodo from here.

 

Will this be credited back to my bank account? Also, will my entire account just disappear in the coming weeks, as the phone number, and account no longer exist?

 

I had no tab fyi, so I hope its as easy as that. Anything helps, thanks.
