My pixel 6 is dropping both incoming and outgoing calls.  I have tried with both wifi calling and regular calling.  The problem is intermittent.  At some points I cant hear the other caller and at some points they cant hear me.  Other times the call drops outright.  I have good reception with both my 5g cell signal and wifi internet.  

Hello!!!, I have a prepaid line that I want to cancel I couldn’t cancel it  because my ex roomie signed up  for the line because at time I was new in the country didn’t have any credit either debit  I lost totally contact with my ex roomie and I really need to cancel any suggestions what options I have ? I already had a call with the Koodo assistant but he could cancel because the line wasn’t in my name thank you… 🙏🏾

I have a Koodo home phone.If I need a replacement, is the price the same as if I were purchasing a new phone?If the problem were just the battery, can a replacement battery be purchased?

 HI, I canceled my koodo account on June 14 this year, but I still have -$44.85 on my account。And I’ve read on bill that redit balance will be automatically mailed to you within 4-6 weeks . But I haven't received any checks yet.Can a Koodo/Telus rep please look into this and complete the refund? Thanks.

I was a pre-paid client in Koodo. Recently I transferred my number to Fizz, however, my Koodo account was canceled completely. I still have some money topped up in my Koodo account.If anyone knows, how can I get my money back? I’ve reached out to Fizz, they suggested me to contact Koodo. Hi, I have a big problem now with my account.I was on a trip in other country and thought to lose my sim card so reported it.I found the sim card in a few days so tried to reactivate it, however, my account is suspended and suddenly I got email that my account is cancelled.I’ve called to agents, store and sent email to fraudfax@koodo.com but i can’t figure it out.Agents and store told me to send email and wait, I sent twice and have been waiting for 2 weeks and no reply.I must keep my number.Anybody knows how to figure this out? My number seems to be held so I can’t to transfer to other carrier.

I was charged for easyroam on July 4.  I never left Canada but must have picked up a US tower across Lake Huron.  Can someone please flag to a koodo rep for a refund?  🙏

on Friday evening I received a message I had 33348 mb (33.3) GB. Yet only 6.6GB was rolled over. Why was the 33.3 GB not rolled over?

A person made a post in another forum who is also a Koodo prepaid customer.   When they went to buy a data booster yesterday,  it says on the website that data boosters expire after 30 days! However, elsewhere on their site it still says they do not expire.  is Koodo planning to change the expiry date of boosters (As Public Mobile already has) to 30 days, or have they already? 

Hi, it’s the first time I try to get customer service with Koodo, and I believe we need to post in the community to get an answer? The chat service is a bot and no person interacted with me, so here goes.I was charged for EasyRoam for 3 days while in the US, yet the cellular icon was closed on my phone (as it usually is since I only have 250 Mb of data per month), and it was in airplane mode. Absolutely nothing was triggered (no SMS, no calls). On the bill, there is no indication that anything was done during those 3 days with the cell, other than the 3 days of EasyRoam added to the 15$/mo bill. It’s excessive to say the least.How do I get a CR rep to remove these charges?Thanks for any help!Simon.

I am the main account holder for our family of four. Today, I received a text message offering an 18gb add-on for $3.00/month. As instructed, I replied yes and it added to my line. How do I add it to other lines on my account? No other lines received the text, and i don't see the option in self-serve. My teenagers could really use it :)

I’m new to Koodo. I made a request to bring my phone number from my old provider to Koodo. It (my old phone number) seems to be working on my phone with Koodo, but I did not receive a text from Koodo confirming the process has been completed. It has now been over 4 hours. Is it normal that I did not receive a text confirming the process of bringing my old number was completed? Thanks! 

Hi Community, I am travelling abroad and have had someone message me some important information to my phone number. As I’m on prepaid I am unable to activate easy roam. Do you know if there is a way for me to receive this text message? thanks for your help. 

I recently upgraded my phone to iPhone 14 and Koodo was supposed to provide promotional bill credit towards my monthly bill, but I am not seein bill credits on my bill (2 billing cycle has passed). I called customer service but they were clueless and unhelpful. Anyone came across same issue recently and if so how did you solve it??

I searched everywhere and I can't find the list of the full 28 countries listed on the drop-down under manager perks. I would like to know what all the countries are please? 

Hello,I am having an issue with my cellular data.  Randomly throughout the day, my cellular data drops out and I am no longer able to access the internet.  This issue happens four or so times a week for me and lasts for a variable amount of time.  This is a major issue when I need to use my cellular data.  How do I go about fixing this issue?

Hi All - I am a self-serve prepaid customer (with a bring my own device plan) and had just been charged my monthly amount on my credit card.  Three days after making this full payment, Koodo offered a time limited service upgrade.  I chose to do the upgrade and when I did, I was charged the full amount, even though I had just paid for the full amount of my old services.  This happened a couple of months ago and there has been no prorated refund under my previous plan.  Please tell me there is some way to get a refund after being charged full price after only using 3 days out of the month. Thanks. 

I just received a pop-up message on my iPhone saying: LTE Calls Turned OffKoodo has turned off LTE calls on your account. Why is this?What does that mean?Am I not allowed to make calls anymore?Why is there no email from Koodo with an explanation?

Hi I am now currently living overseas and have been trying to contact Koodo through email explaining my situation. However, the email could not be delivered as the mailbox (paymybill@koodo.com) was full. I could not book a call session through Koodo assist as well as it says international phone calls are not supported. What should I do?

Hey community,I’m going abroad in a couple of weeks and want to be sure everything will work there. Do I need to activate the Pay-Per-Use add-on or everything is supposed to be activated by default? I’m not going to use Easy Roam over there, just want to keep ability to receive texts to my Canadian number. Thank you!

I am an international student and I want to know which is the best plan for me and if I can get the plan before going to Canada

When going through my account I found a page titled Exclusive  Programs. It stated that  because I was a Telus Hub user and a Koodo customer I was getting 100GB of complimentary  data per month and that I could see this free data noted under  my Transaction History. I have searched every aspect of my account and cannot find notification of this anywhere. I would hate to have this sit there unused but also want to see it on my account so that I don’t find out later that this was an error of some sort.

I followed the instructions at https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/esim-and-esim-vouchers. Everything looked like it’s suppose to, but in the end I ended up with eSIM that’s showing “Unknown” and “Unknown number”, and no connection whatsoever. My original SIM card is still working (and showing correct phone number). I tried to reboot, take out original SIM, etc. No luck. eSIM is still not providing any connection.
