HI, I canceled my koodo account on June 14 this year, but I still have -$44.85 on my account。

And I’ve read on bill that redit balance will be automatically mailed to you within 4-6 weeks . But I haven't received any checks yet.

Can a Koodo/Telus rep please look into this and complete the refund? Thanks.

If you don't have a preauthorized payment set up, it can currently take 30-60 days to get the credit sent to you, as per here:

The reimbursement will indeed be mailed within 4-6 weeks after the last invoice was issued. The las invoice was released at the beginning of July so we are still within that period. 

We can see that the address was last verified a while back so that might impact the situation as well. 

I would recommend scheduling a call-back in order to speak with our Financial Team, to make sure everything is accurate and expedite the reimbursement.

Unfortunately, due to my work, I can't answer the call on time, maybe I can continue to wait for a while. If it takes longer than the estimated time, can I continue to reply to you here?
