Hi I am now currently living overseas and have been trying to contact Koodo through email explaining my situation. However, the email could not be delivered as the mailbox (paymybill@koodo.com) was full. I could not book a call session through Koodo assist as well as it says international phone calls are not supported. What should I do?

As I mentioned ealier, no email is available unfortunately.
If you are overseas, you could try to contact them via Facebook or Twitter messaging.
Anyway, what was the issue with overdue? Have you tried to pay via selfserve?

Assuming you still have service with Koodo, you can try to dial #227 to speak with the billing department.
You are able to schedule a callback with Koodo while overseas and you will not be charged when they call you. Is your number still active? Ohterwise maybe attempt #227 and let us know.

No, they cannot call an inactive number.
As you were overseas, if you cannot roam, the easiest way is via Facebook/X (Twitter) messaging. Links are the bottom of this forum.
