Accidentally cancelled internet subscription

I accidentally cancelled my internet subscription. I was told that I need to reorder the subscription. I have done so. However I’ve 2 issues: I’ve received an email to return the equipment (since I accidentally cancelled) I’ve received an email that a new equipment will be shipped. What do I do now? Do i wait for the new equipment to be shipped and then mail it back?How do I push up the activation date? Basically I want it to continue right now.

Porting out to VOIPMS while not in canada

Hello I initiated a port request to VOIPMS this week, but it didn’t go through as I’m not in Canada and didn’t receive the confirmation message.Now, I am asked to talk to Koodo to get them to approve it for me, so the next time VOIPMS send the request, I wouldn’t have to reply to any message. How can I get hold of a Koodo live chat associate? I am not in Canada right now, I preferred email or live chat over phone calls.

Credit card not updating

i signed up for stream+ and home internet bundle online.credit card was maxed out at first attempt to pay. paid off credit card, tried to pay for bundle. it worked for stream+ but wont work for internet. keeps asking me to update card. won’t let me update card.requested a callback several times and keep getting disconnected.Stream+ is also showing the wrong platforms in my account. and only basic when i chose premium?

Extra Charge of $5 on the Base price

I have not received any email or a call regarding this increase. I have barely started this line few months ago and was told that the base rate of $35 will be my price for 24 months. Now all of a sudden, it has changed to $40 this month. What is the reason? And Who shall I contact regarding this?

Can't make payment through Self-serve

How long are text messages sent to me 'cached' by Koodo while my phone is in Airplane mode?

I tried searching Koodo's FAQ but I couldn't find anything (or I couldn't use the right search terms)Basically - If I travel somewhere and put my phone in Airplane mode for a week (or two weeks) and someone sends me a text message on the first day I leave...Will I receive that text message when I turn Airplane mode off? (And if so - does anyone know how long those messages are cached for?)Thanks!

Possible to port landline I no longer have access to?

Is it possible to port a landline phone number I no longer have access to? I'm not sure if the process requires you to confirm anything on the old number, which won't be possible. Long story is: my mom lost her apartment, and in the meantime I added a line to my account so she could still use a phone while looking for a new place. She found a new place, and decided she won't need the landline but wants to keep the old number. I'm going to schedule a move for her Telus services and drop the landline, and I'd prefer to do that all in one, but that means I need to port the old number, which we don't have access to.Worst case scenario, we have to cancel the landline after the move is done, but ideally we can get it all done at once.

admin pw not working for new internet

Alright, so I have all the tech set-up. I am currently using my new internet right now. I want to log in to the TELUS admin page so I can change the name of my wifi and its password. At first, I didn’t realize the username was admin, so it locked me out twice. I figured out this issue, and tried three times--including waiting the required period before reentering my username and password. (And yes, I am using the admin password! I checked it carefully each time I entered it!)What’s going on? Can someone please help?

Billing error showing my phone calling myself

I was roaming in US without easyroam, and I did not make any voice calls.  I got charged for a call my phone number made to my own number… I know when I check messages it dials to a specific voice mail service number so it was not that, and I never called.  Why was I chraged?

Creating account/downgrading plan abroad

Hi, I nedd urgent help with downgrading my monthly plan. In order to do that I need a Self Serve account, but I didn’t register it while I was in Canada. Now it asks for a verification SMS, but I can’t get it in Poland, so I have no way of setting up an account myself. Is there any way I can get in touch with Koodo in order for them to help me with this situation?

I have two lines on my account. One phone is continuing to show message usage but the other one is not. Is there a way to stop showing the message usage in the self serve option? How would someone stop their messages from showing up in the usage?

I bought a new iPhone from Koodo and transferred my old number from Bell to Koodo. I followed all the steps, put my sim card into the new phone but I am still unable to receive text messages or make phone calls

Oops! please try again later!

I have been trying to update my credit card information in order to pay my prepaid monthly plan but every time I type in all my information from my new card I get a “Oops! Please try again later” message. It’s not my credit card because there hasn’t been any attempts of payments. Been trying to pay Koodo prepaid the last 3 hours and can’t get it to work. Will someone please help me.

Porting my current Koodo number but want to change it to a new local number

I have applied with a VOIP company to have my Koodo number ported to them. The twist is that I want to stay with Koodo but change my number to a local one (currently using my old out-of-province number).Should I call Koodo and talk to them about these complexities or is there a trick I can use to make this work properly?The reason for my weird choice is that I want to keep my old BC number so that anyone who uses it can still call me, but I want a new MB number because I’ve moved here permanently and want to stop giving locals a BC contact number and possibly making them pay long distance.Thanks for any help y’all can provide!

Turning on SIM Manager to swith to a 2nd SIM and being charged EASY ROAM

I went to Portugal on Feb 15.24.I have a Samsung A53 with 2 SIM cards. In order to turn off the Koodo card I have to enter the SIM Manager, which means I have to turn off  ‘Flight Mode’.As soon as I did this I got an Easy Roam text from Koodo advising that I was in Portugal and now using Easy Roam.I have a second SIM card that I needed to log on to in order to be used in Portugal. I could not activate this wihtout turning off the  ‘Flight Mode’ and consider it bad business practice to charge me $16 for doing this. Can I expect a refund??

Unable to send or recieve texts after switching to Koodo

I just switched from Rogers to Koodo today. Left the kiosk thinking everything was good to go only to find out I cannot send or recieve text messages. I have done all the steps recommended and still not working. I can make and recieve phone calls and use other messaging apps. I also have not recieved any sort of welcoming email. I cannot register my account as I can get the code they text to set it up. Help
