paper billing


Question my mom is elderly and has dementia she doesn't own a computer or internet she needs the bill mailed to her .What do I do?

Is she currently the Koodo account holder? You could schedule a call back for her and ask her to speak with a rep. www.koodo.com/chat

As well, if she has issue with memory, I would suggest you take over the account for her.

If koodo tries to charge you for the paper bill make sure they are aware that any one with a disability or is 65+ qualifies for free paper bills
