Hello, I’ve been out of the country for a while and currently have the seasonal hold plan active. I need to temporarily lift the hold for just one day to receive an important text. Is there any way to do that?

so by yourself, unfortunately not. This is because you can only put yourself on a seasonal hold plan once in a 12 month period. It might be possible if you have the aid of a rep, but that’s pretty much it. Is there an alternative way for you to receive the message like through whatsapp etc?
