So I can't buy a new phone because my billing province is different from my phone province (it's not) because whoever designed this site can't code themselves a database to save their lives.
I don't know who's bright idea it was in corporate to push as many popups as possible while I'm trying to browse making this whole experience impossible to navigate as it keeps sending me back to my account page for no reason.
Also the app now sends me to my browser making it a just website button on my phone? What the hell happened to this place? I went to Koodo to click buttons and bam! I'd have a new phone whenever I needed, but between this and the awful internet service I just want to know if I should switch services to somewhere with a clean website & a simple store page.
