Hello, and thank you for your help.
I am now going into the 4th cycle with Koodo, and my connection fee ( that I set up with an agent over the phone), still has not been waived as promised. When I set up my my new plan with koodo, the gentleman said they will give me a discount of 10 dollars a month for 7 months, and refund the connection fee.
Can someone please help me as to how to get my fee refunded?
