My monthly plan cost went up on my most recent billing cycle without any notice. Back in Feb-2024 I changed my plan, but there was no fine print indicating that the plan would expire a year later (confirmatory email screenshots below).


Yesterday I received my current billing cycle bill and noticed that the monthly had increased in cost, despite not changing my plan in any capacity. In reviewing the transaction history (screenshot below) under Mobile Services in Self-Serve I noticed the following, despite again as I previously mentioned I did not initiate any sort of plan change. I have been a Koodo client for 12 years and have never seen a change without notice, any insight on what happened here? Disappointed in the lack of communication.
