Unable to connect with Blink cameras

I recently bought two Blink cameras to monitor an elderly relative. I can access the cameras on my phone while I’m at her location, but anywhere else I get a network failure message. Blink suggests it could be a security setting issue on my phone, or a data limit problem.  Can anyone help? Thanks.

Hi there,

So does it also work when you're on wifi somewhere else? As it may be that you need to give the blink camera app permission to use data in your phones settings. If you don't, it wont work unless you have wifi connectivity.

Oliver, you called it! It was a data permission thing. Thanks so much!
