Manage my subscriptions but where is the button of manage?

As this page, can’t find the button of manage. How can i mange my internet plan?the speed is quite slow, i am so disappointed that i would like to upgrade plan first.then if it will not be better, i will switch it to other provider.

Koodo says that their OneNumber phone plan works with the Pixel Watch 3. But I have a Pixel Watch 2. I want to know if my Pixel Watch 2 will work with the OneNumber plan.Thx!

Can't Add Perk

Hi,I got a new phone a couple of months ago, and since then, I haven't been able to choose my perk. I have tried multiple times to add "Rollover Data" as my perk, but after following the promtps, I end up with "No perks were added".Can you please add this for me?

J'ai reçu le chèque de votre part, mais malheureusement, j'ai rencontré un problème avec mon compte lorsque j'ai essayé de le déposer, et j'ai pensé qu'il avait été enregistré sur mon compte. Après plusieurs jours, j'ai reçu un message de la banque indiquant que ce chèque avait été annulé pour des raisons liées à ma carte.Je voudrais donc vous demander s'il est possible d'envoyer un autre chèque du même montant car j'ai jeté le chèque précédent à la poubelle.

can't call call or receive call on Redmi13 Note

My Koodo sim refused to call out and receive calls and later resumed working. But not long after I needed to deactivate the sims  (together with my spouse) to get a new sim. I again experience dthe same problem when the Koodo sim stopped again on the new sims and later worked. Right now, the my sim and that of my wife stopped working again and since the network isn’t back, i have tried all the suggestions given on facebook to reset the nework but to no avail. I don’t know if Redmi Note 13 is no longer part of phone can koodo can work with. Pls what can I do?

Why are my text messages ( for one particular person) going to emails and when she responds it doesn’t show up in the text message. It is responded through emailThe person gets a special message saying they received a message from a Koodo Mobile customer

I’m not here to ask questions—I’m here to inform you that I’m gladly leaving Koodo and terminating all my subscribed services. As an immigrant from Nigeria, I’ve never experienced such terrible network coverage, even in my home country, which is considered developing.

My Plan was Changed due to Scam

I received a scam call and my plan has been changed to a $60 plan. I did receive a call from Koodo next day and they cancelled the plan but I still get it in my current bill. How to correct it.

Where is my $70 Connection Fee Refund?

When I opened my account, I was charged a $70 fee, which I was told would be refunded later. In my account history, I see a transaction on January 3 labeled "Connection Fee Refund 70", but where is the money?I don’t have the amount available in my account, and my monthly charges are still being deducted from my credit card. I also checked my credit card, but the refund is not there either.Can anyone explain where this refund actually went?

Never an answer....

I have 2 extra lines added to my family’s plan- both exact same plan- both added the exact same day- no extra’s or other reasons at all for extra charges….One fine day Koodo charges $35 for the one (as planned) and $39 for the other… no explanation offered… no refunded credits given...nobody to even report it to….just this dead digital space...Good on ya Koodo !!!

For months now I have tried adding a perk ( rollover data) I continue to receive the same error.  Transaction ID here: U1739628989721153352Can someone assist with adding the perk to my second line?

I have purchased the 30 day Euro Pass, my wife has a separate number on my account, will my pass also cover her phone or should I buy another pass for her phone? if I am to buy another pass do I just text EUR30 with the last for digits of her number to order it? thank you

Cannot cancel plan because im out of country

Hello- I was in Canada for just one month in August 2024, and set up a Koodo plan for my time there. I didn’t make an selfserve account while there and assumed I could make it when I left the country and needed to cancel my plan. However, because to register a self serve account, you need to receive a text message, I can’t receive the text and therefore can’t create a self serve account. All I want to do is cancel my plan as they are charging me every month, but it seems there is not other way to do it. I’ve sent emails but never receive a reply.  I would appreciate any help I can get!

why is my bill more expensive with no tab.

So I paid my tab in full in December 2023my monthly bill was reduced to @ $46 monthly until November 2024this past December 2024 my bill has increased to @ $69 monthly with no plan change

Use existing cable modem for Telus Internet

TL;DRMy Telus Internet activation day is February 15th but, due to a shipping error, my new equipment will not arrive in time.  I already own a working cable modem.  My current ISP is Start.Ca, now owned by Telus.  Is it not possible to simply migrate my current cable modem off the Start.Ca network and onto the Telus Internet network? Long VersionAs I mentioned above, my current ISP is Start.Ca.  My current service is cable based.  I own my cable modem (Hitron CODA-45); it is not rented.  My mobile phone service is with Koodo/Telus and since Start.ca is now owned by Telus, it made sense to migrate to Telus Internet so I could bundle my services and save some money.I placed an order for Telus Internet on February 2nd, with an activation date of February 15th.  I learned today that the new cable modem & router will not arrive until some time late next week, after my activation date due to a shipping error, leaving me without Internet service for potentially seven days.I can live with

When I change my mobile plan to Koodo (Jan 29), the staff said she will send a gift card to me to cover the activation fee. But until now, I still not receiving anything. Where can I get help?
