Received text message with exclusive offers available until December 26 2025. When logging in through the app, website, or link in text none of the offers mentioned are actually available? What’s the point of sending fake offers? Other than convincing customers to finally leave for another provider?

Did the offer have a promo code to enter when going through the process? This is sometimes the case with promotional text offers.
If it’s still not working, let us know what the error is. Also, clear cache/cookies and retry Self Serve on a different browser/PC?
