Hi, I seem to be having an issue with one of my phone plans, I am unable to choose a perk and just because of this error I am unable to change to a different plan within my online account. I have two lines on my account, one is perfect with no issues and the other is the one that I can’t seem to choose a perk and because of this can’t change plan as well. I have tried many browsers on many devices with no luck.
