I received a mail from Koodo that my preauthorized payment was declined by my bank 6 days before due date, and I would be charged for the NSF fee, though it was still not overdue.
You can not charge me an NSF fee of $50 , since my due payment date is the 19th of December, meaning 6 days more left.
I have been consistent with paying my bills and I do not accept that fee.
Payments are processed before the due date unfortunately.
Note: Pre-authorized payments are withdrawn approximately 15 days before the last day of your next month’s billing cycle. Example: If your billing cycle is from March 26th to April 25th, your pre-authorized payment will be applied roughly 15 days before April 25th.
