I’m locked out of my account for prepaid Koodo. Need assistance - won’t let me get through to a representative without signing in.

If it says the account is locked that means there have been incorrect logins too many times. It will unlock on its own after an hour or 2.
So prepaid does not have much account info. What account info are you looking for?
I also recommend calling 611 and using the automated service which you can find some of the account info you are looking for
