Hi there,

Have the charges already been issued on your most recent bill? If so, which days specifically were you charged?

To help prevent this better in the future, you should also switch your network selection settings from automatic and manually selecting koodo. More tips can be found in the link.

The dates are January 17, 21, 23, 24, 28, 30, 31

February 4, 6, 9, 11, 14, 18, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28

March 4, 6, 7, 11, 13, 14, 18

I have shut roaming off so it doesn’t happen again

Ok, so I'll flag a rep to look into it. You may want to consider switching to a CAN-US plan though going forward as if you get this many roaming charges it may be worth it just to switch the plan. It would save a lot of the false charging and hassle.

Note: that if you actually travelled during January or February these charges won't be reversed. If it were me, I would have changed the settings in my phone when the charged first started to appear in january. Not months later.

To avoid this from happening again, make sure to manually select your network to Koodo, so that your phone does not automatically connect to a nearby U.S. cellular tower. You will need to do this every time you restart your phone.
