Lost my iphone but I know where it is and no one is going to have access to it, so that's not the problem. But until I get it back, I need a phone. Can I temporarily switch back to my old android phone from 2021? It still has an old sim card in it.

So I try to set up myself service account I've used my phone number and I use the account number and I still can't get it done every time I get to the point where it asks me to type in my password then retyping in ask a security question I then hit enter and I get this big huge giant box of f****** pink crap that turns around and says error this error that error this that goes on for at least half a page. If anybody wants I'll gladly send him a picture of it. I have all my contract papers and yet for some reason when I try to follow the emails that they sent me what to do I keep getting road blocked at putting my password in

With the help of self serve i am able to check how much usage in total done, but what all web traffic i have hit its time duration and amount of data associated with it. How can i check this ?
I pay for the 15$ Koodo card at the gas station, which gives me unlimited text. I ran out Sunday and bought a one today (Tuesday) when I call *611 it usually works but this time it says that I don't have calling and to call *611 which is who I'm calling!!

Hi i signed up Koodo today and tried to register self serve, however, the phone number and postal code don’t match. I guess the sales person or someone put wrong postal code. I showed my driver licence when i signed up and even the name spell gets wrong as well. how can i figure it out? If i call directly Koodo help centre, they’ll help? What’s the customer service phone number?
How can I go back in Self Serve and see my actual usage for a month last year?
I didn’t set up call forwarding while in Canada because I didn’t have a phone number to forward to. Now that I am abroad and have a new sim card I need to forward sms messages coming to my Canadian number to a new foreign number. Could someone please explain how can I do that? I looked thought SelfServe menues of https://www.koodomobile.com/en, but didn’t find a place to enter a number of a phone to forward sms to.Thanks
The Self Serve Address Change application is BROKEN !When I start typing my address, my correct address IS found. But when I select the correct address, the pop-up window that then appears and says “We think we’ve found a match. Select your address:” shows an incorrect address - an address that does not exist !The same window pops up with the same incorrect address when I enter my address Manually ! In effect, there is NO OPTION to enter my address manually.I’ve seen somewhere that Address Change can only be done via Self Serve for “Privacy and security reasons”. Then I saw posts here by others with problems changing addresses. They were helped by people who were “Mobile Master” or “Official Rep”. Who are these people? Are they employees of Koodo like those whom I used to talk to on the phone in the past?For years, I haven’t worried about my billing address being incorrect - because I don’t get my statements in the mail. Having issues with connecting new SIM card. I lost my previous SIM card while travelling and purchased a new one. I get to step 5 (https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-sim-support) and the screen keeps loading after putting in the verification code from my email. I really need help with this as I am not getting my messages and can’t use my phone when not on WIFI. I tried to get a call back from a customer service rep and then realized I can’t be called on my number as it’s not associated with the new SIM yet. URGENT help!
Phone activated and working well with Prepaid plan, but Profile in Self Serve was created with misspelled email address. I am unable to edit any data in my Profile because I am not receiving required security codes. I would appreciate help to change the email.
I have my Koodo Tab payed off for about 5 months now, but the website still states I have a tab on the plan selection page. Is there any means to correct this?
