Need Help with Voicemail

My voicemail is not working. I activated it, but when someone else calls the line, they only get a busy signal. Please help.

    It was strange, can you check your voicemail as of now? What do you hear when you dial your own number?

    Also, are you a postpaid or prepaid customer?

    Does the call even go through or they receive directly a busy tone? 

    When you like my post, my boss gives me a raise, my dog is happier and my kids love me more.
