I bought my Sim Card on Friday and I am currently my email address does not work. I currently only have a rental SIM card that does not receive calls. I am wondering when I can use my email to set up the new SIM card. 

Did you just sign up with Koodo? Or are you replacing another SIM?


I’m replacing another Sim Card since I lost my original SIM card. 


How long ago did you register your self serve account? Was it on friday as well?


I had my self serve account for more than 5 years at least. 


Did you change your email?  DO you still have access to the email that you login to self serve with?
