My voicemail is not working. I activated it, but when someone else calls the line, they only get a busy signal. Please help.

+4It was strange, can you check your voicemail as of now? What do you hear when you dial your own number?
Also, are you a postpaid or prepaid customer?
Check the voicemail setup guide in the link below to see if any of the steps were missed. If the problem persists, your voicemail service may have to be reset. Keep us posted.
