I am not able to find how to add/activate Easy Roam online.

It looks like you are prepaid. Prepaid does not have easy roam. Where are you planning on roaming?
Yes I have prepaid service. So there is no any Roaming package for the Prepaid customers?

No, there wasn't any roaming service for Koodo prepaid in UAE.
Koodo roaming with prepaid was limited to US only.
